Runners Refuge Ministries is a Texas Non=Profit 501c3 Faith Based Public Charity Organization as described in Section 501C3 of the IRS Code. Formed in the State of Texas as a Church and a para-church organization. All donations to this organization, it's subsidiaries, satellite churches, foundations, D/B/A entities, and "umbrella organizations" are tax exempt.
